Private training sessions with specific exercises, which include cardiovascular endurance, strength training, proprioceptive awareness, and flexibility enhancement.
Rules and regulations for participation:
- Be free from injury and illness
- Commit to at least two sessions per week
- Commit to ten weeks
For best results, participants should maintain sensible nutritional habits.
The price for this special series is $200 per session.
