Special Training – Strong by Sornamâ„¢ Series

Private training sessions with specific exercises, which include cardiovascular endurance, strength training, proprioceptive awareness, and flexibility enhancement.

Rules and regulations for participation:

  1. Be free from injury and illness
  2. Commit to at least two sessions per week
  3. Commit to ten weeks

For best results, participants should maintain sensible nutritional habits.
The price for this special series is $200 per session.
